How do we reserve a date?
Dates cannot be reserved until a deposit has been made. To secure the date, we require 50% deposit.
Do you travel outside of NSW?
Yes, we’re happy to fly across the country but please keep in mind that travel and accommodation will need to be factored into the final cost.
Can we have the raw files?
No. We normally look after everything but you do have the option to choose a style.
How are films delivered?
All films will be made available online. which allows you to view, download and share.
Will there be a contract?
Yes. The quote, contract and invoicing is all handled via a secure online management system to keep things simple.
When can we see the film?
You will receive the teaser a few weeks after your wedding day and the official film 7-8 weeks after the teaser.
Do you capture both photo and video at the same time?
We can, but it would cost extra, get in touch for photo and video packages.
